There is no minimum age for access to the exhibition. For children 0-3 years old, access is free, with the purchase of a general admission ticket. Up to a maximum of 1 Child entry from 0 to 3 years for each adult with valid entry. Children 12 years old and under, must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Children age 12 and under must present a proof of age when required by the organization.
It is not allowed to enter Harry Potter: The Exhibition with food and drink. It is also not allowed to enter with any type of liquid in the exhibition.

The editor should request the pass for the exhibition at least 24 hours in advance. The pass is valid for one person and cannot be used on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays (including the day before).
Access to the exhibition with baby strollers or baby seats is allowed. Porting backpacks if allowed. Access is not allowed with any system of wheeled mobility, such as baby strollers, bicycles, skateboards, … (which must be deposited in the cloackroom), except those that are necessary for people with reduced mobility.
There is a cloakroom where you can deposit your personal items. There is a cost of 1€ per item and 2€ for trolleys, oversized backpacks and large luggage. You are not allowed to enter the exhibition with: food, drink, any type of liquids, large backpacks, suitcases or motorcycle helmets or umbrellas. It is also not allowed with any system of wheeled mobility, such as bicycles, skateboards, … (which must be deposited in the cloakroom), except those that are necessary for people with reduced mobility. Porting backpacks if allowed.
The exhibition is accessible for people with reduced mobility, and the use of a wheelchair.
It is allowed to take photos for personal and non-commercial use. Make sure you remove the flash, it can disturb other visitors. It is forbidden to use tripods, monopods, selfie sticks and mobile stabilizers within the exhibition.
From Monday to Thursday from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Friday, saturday and sunday closing at 8:30 p.m. 24th and e 31st of december from 10:00 a.m to 5:00 p.m. the last slot is at 4:00 p.m. The average time to visit Harry Potter: The Exhibition is 1 hour.
